1. Research Use Only

All products sold on this website are intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are NOT intended for use in humans or animals for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or other medical applications.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are a qualified professional or working on behalf of an established research institution.
  • You will use these products solely for in vitro research, development, or laboratory-based experiments.

We reserve the right to refuse sales to any customer if we suspect misuse.

2. Product Handling & Safety

It is the buyer’s responsibility to fully understand and comply with all safety guidelines regarding the handling and disposal of these materials. AmiPeps is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse or mishandling.

3. No Medical Claims

AmiPeps makes no claims regarding the efficacy, safety, or intended use of the products offered. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products unless:

  • The product arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described.

If you receive a defective product:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photo evidence, if applicable

If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect use
  • Claims of consumption or reaction

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed in full before shipping. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and any other methods we may add. All sales are final once the order is confirmed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmiPeps and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
