Welcome to AmiPeps. By accessing or purchasing from this website (https://amipeps.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold on this website are intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are NOT intended for use in humans or animals for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or other medical applications.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 21 years old.
You are a qualified professional or working on behalf of an established research institution.
You will use these products solely for in vitro research, development, or laboratory-based experiments.

We reserve the right to refuse sales and to suspend or revoke any account at our discretion, including where account activity, communications, or orders indicate use outside laboratory research.

2. Product Handling & Safety

It is the buyer’s responsibility to fully understand and comply with all safety guidelines regarding the handling and disposal of these materials. AmiPeps is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse or mishandling.

3. No Medical Claims

AmiPeps makes no claims regarding the efficacy, safety, or intended use of the products offered. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Returns, Reshipments & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order is lost, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we will reship it or refund it, as outlined below.

Reporting deadline
All claims must be reported within 96 hours of the carrier marking the package as delivered. For packages not marked delivered, report within 96 hours of the expected delivery date. This deadline is strictly enforced, and claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
To have your claim reviewed, please provide:

A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start
Clear images of the outer packaging
Clear images of all items received inside the package
The order’s tracking number
A short explanation of the issue

Lost or stolen packages
To have your claim reviewed, please provide:

The order’s tracking number
A short explanation of the issue
Confirmation that you have checked with neighbors, building management, and your local carrier office

We may require a carrier claim or investigation to be opened before a resolution is issued.

Resolution
Approved claims will be reshipped or refunded at AmiPeps’ discretion.

We do not offer refunds or reshipments for:

Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect handling or storage
Claims arising from use outside laboratory research
Packages marked delivered to the address provided at checkout, where no evidence of loss or theft is supplied

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed in full before shipping. All sales are final once the order is confirmed, except as provided in Section 4.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmiPeps and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
