Processing times, carriers and delivery.
Where we ship
AmiPeps ships to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia and Canada. We do not ship to other countries.
Order processing
Orders placed before 12 PM CT, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM CT, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.

Free shipping thresholds are based on your order subtotal before coupons or discounts.
Carriers and delivery times
Orders ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination, and are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. You can also find it in your account under Orders.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. AmiPeps is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer’s cost.
Lost, damaged or missing items
Claims must be reported within 96 hours of the carrier marking the package as delivered. See our Refund Policy for what to include with a claim.
